Lagna :- Kanya              Lord Budha No.   9  Question No.  1) Yes

Star     :- Purva Shadha  Lord Shukra No.  9           2) No

Rashi  :- Dhanu              Lord Guru No.   21

Day     :- Tuesday           Lord Mangal No. 9

Total of all number is 48 rounded to 3 reducing by 2 as total options are 2,  balance remains 1 so answer is Yes so It was sure that here compromise of the land is possible. When balance remains 0 then take last option.

Here Guru represent Success in the dealing.

Mangal represents land and any Govt. Officer involve in it i.e. Police Inspector .

Shukra  represents valuable thing i.e. land.

Budha represent any talented person.

So it is better to get the help of a social person and police inspector to solve the matter.
